About Sherry

Sherry Zahn is a Licensed/Certified Massage Therapist and Reflexologist.  Her positive attitude, lifelong passion for helping others and extensive education of natural health practices led to her creating Authentic Wellness and Research based in Avon, Indiana. 

She has 20 years of practical experience in the healing arts and is trained in several massage and reflexology modalities. (See the different modalities on our "Therapeutic Massage" section from the "Services" pull-down menu at the top of your screen.)

Sherry has a BS in Psychology from Purdue University, is a certified member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP), a Health Coach certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a Certified Natural Health Professional, and a Loomis Digestive Health Specialist.

Her strong passion for continuing education has led her to possess certifications and/or formal training in the following: Herbal Medicine; Face, Nail, and Tongue Analysis; Bach Flowers; Nutrition; Iridology; Active Isolated Stretching; Reiki; Inflammation Reduction Institute; Holistic Health Assessment; Homeopathy; Trigger Point Therapy; and Aromatherapy.
